We offer a total solution. The contact centre teams are trained to attempt to ‘save’ customer orders prior to issuing a returns authorisation number, resulting in up to 25% retention. The agents are empowered to offer discounts, extended warranty, extended trials and free upgrades in order to avoid a costly return. In the event that the customer still wishes to cancel the order a returns number is issued and the return is then tracked through the system to refund process.
The warehouse and call centre are completely integrated and returns are entered upon receipt and flagged to the team manager for immediate refund to the end customer. Products are assessed and put back into stock or destroyed and disposed of according to pre-defined processes.
