Outsource Specialist Brings 100 New Jobs to North East

North East based outsource specialist, Respondez has announced the creation of 100 new jobs in the region as result of securing several key international clients.

Following the new business wins Respondez, a Hartlepool based global contact centre and outsource specialist, is set to significantly increase its workforce by the end of August to create a large number of new job opportunities for the area. The new positions will include Team Leaders, training resource, account management and inbound call centre advisors.  

As the global contact centre and Business Process Outsourcing brand  of the Indian owned corporate group Spanco Telesystems and Solutions, fast expanding Respondez provides clients from across the world with a complete portfolio of services including an integrated package of outsourced contact centre services, customer service support, technical support and warehouse and fulfilment services.

Alongside the new positions Respondez is also increasing its focus on training to ensure that all clients continue to receive the highest level of service and support. This is being achieved by looking at industry best practice alongside those of parent company Spanco in India and then bringing these process and performance improvements to the UK.  

The recent client expansion follows the recruitment of several key appointments in Respondez’s Senior Management Team which covered positions in Operations, Business Development and Client Services.
