Viking Outsourcing becomes Respondez

On September 21st 2007 Spanco Europe Ltd changed its trading name from Viking Outsourcing to Respondez. We launched the new trading name at the Call Centre Expo 2007 the following week.

The decision to evolve as Respondez in the UK is in line with our parent company, Spanco Telesystems And Solutions Ltd's international BPO division name, which is known as "Respondez" worldwide.

Except for the brand name change, everything else remains the same. All contractual agreements and invoicing will continue to be done under our registered company name Spanco Europe Ltd.
