Jay Patel - Director
Jay joined Respondez in August 2006, bringing 20 years of management experience from technology and professional services industry. During this time, Jay has developed thriving European operations focused on excellence in Customer service.
 
Sue Marshall  - Director  
Sue joined Respondez in November 2007, bringing more than 15 years marketing and outsourcing experience, most recently with Teleperformance (sales director) and Inkfish call centres (sales and marketing director).  Sue is passionate about customer service and believes that it starts with the recruitment of positive and motivated teams.  Her experience spans training, operations, consultancy, marketing and business development.
 
Ricky Mehra – Site Operations Director
Ricky joined Respondez in 2002 (India Site). He is an Aeronautical Engineer and started his career with Air India, with aspiration to make a mark in something new he entered the BPO industry in 2000 and joined E-funds International.  After a year he decided to join Respondez where he has been instrumental in building business form 10 seats to 1000 seats.  Currently, he is the Site Operations Director for the UK site and would be responsible for building a world class outsourcing space

Thomas Chacko - General Manager
Thomas joined Respondez in May 2006 bringing over 12 years of diverse management experience in the Telecoms, Retail and Engineering sectors. During his previous career, Thomas had been an integral part in helping build success focussing on customer service and retention.
